Key Responsibilities:
Conducting health assessments, including smear tests, vaccinations, and wound care.
Administering immunizations and vaccines.
Assisting with chronic disease management and education.
Taking patient histories and vital signs.
Conducting general nursing duties as required.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
Proven experience as a Practice Nurse, in a primary care setting.
Competence in wound care, immunizations, and general practice nursing duties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
