Duties:
Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
Assess patients health needs using an evidence based framework
Providing a high level of safe and effective care
Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes
Qualifications:
NMC registration
