Responsibilities:
Assist with patient assessments and record vital signs
Support GPs and nurses
Perform phlebotomy, wound care, and other clinical tasks as required
Conduct health checks and screenings
Provide patient education and support
Update and maintain accurate patient records
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a Health Care Assistant (HCA) in a primary care setting, such as a GP surgery
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
